Creating a safe space for you and your family to receive psychiatric care is my top priority. I always consider each individual and their social context in terms of their strengths when I provide an evaluation and treatment. I believe that having a clear diagnosis and treatment plan is essential and I work with you to be certain that we have shared individual and relationship treatment goals.

Comprehensive Diagnostic/Treatment Evaluation

Receive a comprehensive psychiatric assessment to gain clarity on complex mental health concerns. This service is designed to identify underlying issues, clarify diagnoses, and provide a foundation for effective treatment plans tailored to you or your child's specific needs. The plan can include recommendations for therapy, medication management if indicated, and additional social supports.

$1500/90-minute session + collateral contacts as indicated

Psychotherapy + Medication Management- 50 minutes

Engage in personalized in-depth psychotherapy sessions designed to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. My approach supports youth and adults in developing effective skills, healthy coping strategies, and achieving personal growth. For adults, parenting- support is a particular area of expertise for me. Included in these sessions would be management of any psychiatric conditions with therapy, and medications when indicated.

$750/session

Therapy + Medication Management-

30 minutes

Engage in therapy with medication management to address current symptoms and engage in brief therapeutic interventions to overcome current stressors and obstacles to health.

$450/session

Family Therapy

50-60 Minutes

Strengthen relationship bonds and resolve conflicts that get in the way of your connections with those that are important to you. These sessions can also deepen your understanding of your child/children and increase your skillfulness and confidence as a parent. Family can be a family of origin, the family you have created, or those in your life that you consider to be family. Family therapy helps foster a deeper understanding of yourself and each other, your interpersonal patterns that work and could improve, and supports improved communication with less conflict.

$750/session

Consultation/2nd Opinion Evaluation

This is an extended evaluation, typically over 3 sessions for a minimum of 3 hours, to complete a careful diagnostic evaluation, collaborate with existing and/or prior treatment practitioners and community supports, and clarify a treatment plan to address persistent symptoms, medication concerns, and/or relationship conflicts.

Professional Coaching & Consultation

Through a non-judgmental partnership, we can work to help you reach your personal and professional potential with collaborative goal setting, solution-focused problem-solving, and being an accountability partner.

$750/session

*Contact your insurance company to determine any Out-of-Network benefits. Many insurance companies will reimburse you for some or most of the cost of treatment once deductibles are met. A superbill will be generated and provided at each visit with the relevant CPT codes listed to be used for insurance reimbursement.
